ABOUT US
Justice Overcoming Boundaries (JOB) is an interfaith, non-partisan and community-led organization that builds leaders across race, class, gender, nationality and all other social and geographic barriers in San Diego County. JOB works to support and develop grassroots community power by engaging low-income, BIPOC, and other marginalized groups in the San Diego area to enter the public arena and play a significant role in shaping the policies that affect their lives. JOB's work is predicated on equipping local leaders with the tools, skills, and resources necessary to shape the public policies that directly impact our lives, families, and communities.
